LinguaFlex — Website Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of www.linguaflex.co.uk and the LinguaFlex app (the "Site"), operated by LINGUATALKS LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16684217, whose registered office is at 167 King Street, London, England, W6 9JT, trading as LinguaFlex ("we", "us"). These terms explain the rules for using the Site. Purchases, bookings and Partner School relationships are governed by the separate agreements identified below.
1. Other terms that apply
1.1 Buying Credits and booking classes are governed by our Student Terms. Partner schools are governed by their Partner School Agreement. If those terms conflict with these terms, those terms apply.
1.2 Our Privacy Notice and Cookie Notice explain how we use personal data, cookies and browser storage.
2. Using the Site
2.1 You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.
2.2 You must not: (a) try to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its systems or other users' accounts; (b) introduce viruses or other harmful code; (c) overload or disrupt the Site; (d) use automated tools to systematically extract Site content or data, including level test questions, without our permission, except for ordinary search-engine indexing or uses permitted by law; or (e) give false information or pretend to be someone else.
2.3 We may take reasonable and proportionate steps to prevent misuse of the Site. Any restriction of a student account or of paid Credits is governed by our Student Terms. Restrictions affecting Partner Schools are governed by their Partner School Agreement.
3. Information on the Site
3.1 Partner Schools supply the information about their classes. We show the details relevant to your booking before you confirm it. Our responsibilities for purchases and bookings are governed by our Student Terms and the law.
3.2 The Site gives general information. It is not legal, immigration or visa advice.
4. Our content
4.1 The Site's content, including our level test questions, texts, designs and software, is owned by us or used under licence. School names, logos and photographs remain the property of their owners.
4.2 You may use the Site for its intended purposes. You must not reproduce, publish, sell or distribute its content, including level test questions, without our permission, except where the law allows.
5. Availability and links
5.1 We may update the Site or temporarily interrupt access for maintenance, security or operational reasons, and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. This does not affect our obligations for purchased Credits or confirmed bookings under the Student Terms.
5.2 Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control their content.
6. Our liability
6.1 Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud.
6.2 If you are a consumer, we are responsible for loss that was a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our negligence. We are not responsible for business losses. Your statutory rights and your rights under the Student Terms are not affected.
7. General
7.1 We may update these terms. Changes apply to future use of the Site and do not change rights or obligations under existing Student Terms or Partner School Agreements.
7.2 These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except where consumer law allows you to bring proceedings elsewhere.
